The Company has its International presence through its subsidiaries and Distributors.
a) USA –Ayushakti Ayurved US Inc. is a subsidiary of the parent company. The subsidiary runs a clinic in New York where our trained doctor is available throughout the year for servicing clients. The Company also has its presence in other cities with Doctors visiting at regular intervals with clinics in Chicago, Sacramento, LA, Seattle, South Fallsburg, Florida etc. etc.
b) Europe –Ayushakti B.V., Netherlands – a subsidiary of the parent company –Distributes herbs to all our distributors inLondon and Europe - Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Paris and other cities and organizes seminars and workshops of the doctors during the year.
