Soak all the seeds and crush everything together. Keep it refrigerated.

You can also use sesame paste in the form of Tahini – 2 table spoon in your vegetables like spinach, broccoli, okra, and French beans. As these vegetables contain at least 500 -700 mg of calcium per 200 gms.
