Mix it well and drink this mixture twice a day.

In the meantime, cells are trying to become immune to the presence of excess insulin.  Excess of insulin in the blood is also not good for your health and they eventually allow the glucose to access your fat and the fat which is stored as sugar, gets into your bloodstream causing high blood sugar.
