Why is Natural Ayurvedic Treatment, the most effective form of Diabetes Treatment

Diabetes is one of the biggest health concern in the world. It is the crisis that the world is facing and casualties are increasing. Diabetes is like an epidemic that the world is on the brink of. It is one of the most concerning factors that the world is facing. Diabetes is soon becoming 21st century’s major reason for the public-health concern. Diabetes is now four times as common as all forms of cancer together. Diabetes is a really growing on a huge scale not only because it is genetic but also because of the unhealthy habits people are following. People are not caring about the effect it has on one’s health or body.

It’s an obvious fact that the diabetes is a huge problem, but what is the actual cause of diabetes? Is it genetics, lifestyle or dietary concern? What is the real problem? Let biology answer the question.

Any food that you consume is processed and metabolized inside the body. The food is broken down by the digestive enzymes in different building blocks of the body like protein, carbohydrates, fats etc. What cannot be metabolized is eliminated by the liver. Protein and fats are very useful for the muscle building in the body. Carbohydrates are actually like the fuel for the body.

Any type of carbohydrate is broken into glucose or into simple sugar. The body uses glucose as the fuel, the excess of glucose is what is harmful to the body. So whatever you eat, if it’s a chocolate brownie or a bowl of sprouts, both end up becoming the same thing.

The problem is that glucose is toxic if it is in our system in the bloodstream. So the body’s antigens have a natural defence mechanism. Glucose which is not used is stored as glycogen in the liver.  This can be a good solution, but the body has limited storage of glycogen receptors. When they are full, and because of lack of activity there is no use of glycogen, it is converted into fat and it is stored in the body.

You might be thinking where does the insulin come in? It is coming in soon. So when the body senses glucose it releases a hormone called insulin, to initiate the storing of glucose a glycogen. So if the storage of glycogen is full, it can’t take any more glycogen. The pancreas interprets it as if the cells did not get the message, and it ends up pumping more insulin. In the meantime, cells are trying to become immune to the presence of excess insulin.  Excess of insulin in the blood is also not good for your health and they eventually allow the glucose to access your fat and the fat which is stored as sugar, gets into your bloodstream causing high blood sugar.

So one of the natural ways to counter diabetes is through diabetes treatment through Ayurveda as there many ayurvedic treatments for diabetes available in Mumbai and also all over India. There also many Ayurvedic medicines for diabetes which helps you control diabetes.

So Ayurveda is one of the most effective forms of diabetes treatment.

The problem of obesity has only increased in the past few years. We are in the 21st century. We are living in a very competitive world. The competition is only rising day by day. In such a competitive world, no one has any time to eat let alone, exercise. You might be thinking if a person doesn’t eat then how is he obese? Obesity always does not relate to how much an individual eats. There are many causes of obesity. To understand the causes lets understand what obesity is in the first place.

Obesity is a condition of having an excess of body fat by genetic or due to environmental factors, which is difficult to control through dieting. Obesity is identified in an adult if the individual has a Body Mass Index (BMI) of greater than 30. BMI is a tool, which is used in order to measure obesity. Obesity is a very dangerous health problem. It leads to countless complications.

Obesity increases your risk, of developing many health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension stroke, and certain cancers—as well as less common ailments such as gout, gallstones and sleep apnea. Many individuals suffer from obesity but are not aware of it. One of the most disconcerting factors that have come up is the strong link between excess weight and depression. This is a common mood disorder which is found on a large basis and has a negative impact on your daily life.

Obesity straight away increases the risk of diabetes by 20 times and it also it boosts the risk of developing problems like heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and gallstones. So, among the people who were overweight or obese, there is a direct relationship, between BMI and risk. The higher the BMI is, the higher is the likelihood of disease.

So obesity is caused not just due to excessive eating. It can be caused due to stress. The amount of stress that the people are now under, in today’s world is tremendous. People leading such a high-stress life, suffer from anxiety disorder, depression along with obesity. It is very necessary to curb obesity as soon as possible.

Obesity is a serious health problem, for which there are no normal medication and solutions. Surgery is one of the options for obesity. The other option of taking a natural form of treatment for it. 4. Snack Smart:

Don’t be on a See- food diet. If you see food, don’t go and eat it. Think twice before having whatever snacks are at your disposable. Choose your snacks smartly, that means you should include snacks like a whole fruit, a granola bar or a small yoghurt. These foods contain high amounts of antioxidants, fibre and calcium content.

5. Limit the consumption of sugar:

Cakes, chocolates, cookies, candies, your mouth is watering just by reading this but if you want to keep fitting into those pants then you need to just close your eyes and say no when there’s something sweet in front of you. Sugar has an addictive factor and over-consumption of sugar can cause your blood pressure to take a great hike, it also leads to the dull and wrinkled skin.
