Recipe of Mung & Veg soup: One cup sprouted mung & 2 cups of vegetables (bottle gourd, carrot, soft gourd (galka), white pumpkin, tendli, snake gourd. Mix all these vegetables or any 2-3 vegetables. Cook them well in a pressure cooker by adding spices of your choice (ginger garlic paste, asafetida, garam masala, cumin-corriander powder etc). Pressure cook this mixture and filter it.
