Five Panchkarma Therapies
1. Vamana (Therapeutic Vomiting)

2. Virechan (Purgation)

Virechana is a sodhana(purification) treatment. This is typically finished after Snehapana and three days of fomenting. Sneha Basti(Anuvasan)
Anuvasana Basti is also known as Sneha Basti (Sneha = Medicated fats, basically ghee and oil). Here, fats or oils are managed as purification to treat Vata dosha aggravation issues.
