| Placing Your First Order
Order at Ayushakti.com in 7 easy steps
1) Find the Product You Want
2) Add the Items to Your Basket
3) Proceed to Checkout
4) Sign In/Create a New Account
5) Enter a Shipping Address
6) Choose Payment Option
7) View or print your Order Acknowledgment and check your Order status
Placing an order with Ayushakti.com is easy. There's no need to create an account
first. You will be urged to create an account after you have competed placing
your order or selected the products you want to buy (We cannot accept orders by
phone, fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online).
Please follow these steps to place an order. If you have any problems while following
these steps, please read our FAQs section.
1. Find the Items You Want
Browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are
located on every page of our site on the top right. You will also find links to
browse lists and more detailed product in the left navigation bar. When you find
the product, click the title or name of the item to see its Product Detail page
alternatively you can click on MORE. Here you will find more information about the
Product.
2. Add the Items to Your Basket
While on the product details page, select the quantity and click on “Add to Basket”
button. Once you've added an item to your Basket, you may continue to search or
browse the site until your Basket contains all of the products you want to order.
You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking on “View Basket”
on the right hand top of every page of our website.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Basket.
You can do the following with items in your basket:
- Increase or decrease the quantity you want to buy by
changing the number in the Quantity box and clicking the “Update Basket” button
at the bottom of the Basket.
- Remove an item that you don't want to purchase by clicking
the “remove Item” check box next to the product
- When you're ready to place an order for everything in
your “Basket”, click the “Continue” button.

4. Sign In/Create a New Account
On this page you will have the option of doing any one of the following:
• You are an existing customer, Login
o If you are already a registered member at www.ayushakti.com, then please provide
your sign in or login details i.e. e-mail address and password (the one provided
at the time of registration with Ayushakti.com).
o If you have forgotten your password please click on forgot your password link and provide the login id, We will retrieve it and send it to your e-mail account
registered with us.
• Need to Register? To create a new account - click on “Register & Continue”
If you are shopping for the first time, you need to register and become a member at www.ayushakti.com.
Choose a login id and password for your account. Make sure to choose something you
will remember the next time you want to place an order. To create an account, please
select a password. It should contain both alphabets and numbers (e.g. grtlp47) and
have a min 6 and max of 15 characters. Passwords are case sensitive. As a member
you can enjoy the following benefits:
o Order History - Review the details of your Order history and status.
o Personal Information - Edit and save address.
o Change Password
o Newsletter Subscribe / Unsubscribe to Ayushakti Monthly Newsletter
5. Enter a Shipping Address
Invoice Address and the Delivery Address is shown. This is the address that is shown
which you entered at the time of registration. If you want to Edit the Address click
on “Edit Invoice Address”. We do not ship to “PO BOX”. For more details on shipping
please refer to our shipping policy.
Note : The Shipping Address and the Invoice address needs to be identical.
All orders usually is shipped in 3 to 5 working days. We will intimate you if we
see an unexpected delay in your order. Though we will make our best efforts to fulfill
your order, availability of stock could delay shipments at times. The shipping charge
for your order will be displayed on the billing information page. Please Check the
accuracy all of the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments.
When you are ready, click the “Continue” button to submit your order. Once you place
your order, you will be taken to payment option page.
6. Choose Payment Option
Currently we offer payment only through credit card (only Visa & Master ) and
debit cards only
This service is powered by Eazy2pay on the IDBI Bank payment gateway page. We accept
Master / Visa credit and debit cards. VISA and MasterCard Debit cards are accepted
if supported for online transactions by your issuing bank.
7. Check your Order Status
After your order is complete i.e., your payment is successfully authorized by your
bank, you will be taken to Order Acknowledgement page. You can view these details
and your order status in My Account section. We will also send you an order confirmation
e-mail Containing the details.
Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled or reviewed. So
please ensure that you are ordering the correct products and recheck the order placed
before your proceed to pay. |
