Home Remedies for Acidity
Acid reflux or Acidity is a common condition that brings burning pain, known as heartburn, in the lower chest area. It happens when stomach acid, which is required for the process of digestion, flows back up into the food pipe. According to Ayurveda, acidity is recognized as Amlapitta.
