5 Ayurvedic tips for Arthritis

2 cups soaked green mung, and 2 cups vegetable mix (bottle gourd, carrot, soft gourd, French beans) cook in a pressure cooker with enough water, spices of your choice.  Make a thick soup consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves. Drink this thick soup only whenever you feel hungry for five days. No other food to be eaten.
