                                                                                         Day 1

Please have only  Detox water made with 2 teaspoons each dry ginger powder, coriander powder,  fennel powder, to be boiled in 2 liters of water.  Store this detox tea in a thermos.  Drink this warm little by little throughout  the day

Detox herbs at night – Castor oil 2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water.

 

                                                                                         Day 2

Breakfast – Mixed vegetables soup or pumpkin soup

Lunch –

  • Sauteed vegetables with cow ghee and spices such as cumin-coriander, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric.
  • Spinach and mint soup or any vegetable soup

Dinner – Soup made from whole green mung and vegetables

Detox herbs at night – Castor oil 2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water &

                                     Triphala powder one teaspoon with warm water

 

                                                                                          Day 3

Breakfast – Soup made from whole green mung and vegetables

Lunch –

  • Sauteed spinach and mung with cow ghee and spices like ginger garlic paste, cumin, coriander.
  • Beetroot and broccoli soup

Dinner – Pumpkin-Spinach soup or vegetable soup as per your choice

Detox herbs at night – Castor oil 2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water &

                                     Triphala powder one teaspoon with warm water

 

                                                                                         Day 4, 5, 6

Boiled mung and vegetables spiced with ginger garlic paste, cumin corrider in a solid form for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Detox herbs at night – Castor oil 2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water and

                                     Triphala powder one teaspoon with warm water

 

                                                                                          Day 7, 8

Breakfast  -

Vegetable Smoothie – drink on an empty stomach

Smoothie recipe :  

3-inch pumpkin + 2-inch squashes

Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Black pepper powder ¼ tsp

Rock salt 2 pinch

Blend everything and make a smoothie.

Lunch – Sauteed vegetables and Vegetable soup

Dinner – Mix vegetable soup

Detox herbs at night – Castor oil 2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water and

                                     Triphala powder one teaspoon with warm water

 

                                                                                            Day 9

Breakfast – Vegetable Smoothie

Lunch -  Creamy Carrot and Zucchini soup with Mashed Pumpkin Saute

Dinner -  Thin Mix vegetable soup

Detox herbs at night – Castor oil 2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water and

                                     Triphala powder one teaspoon with warm water

 

                                                                                         Day 10

Breakfast – Vegetable Smoothie

Lunch  - Creamy Spinach soup & Mashed beetroot and Carrot saute

Dinner – Thin Mix vegetable soup

Detox herbs at night – Castor oil 2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water and

                                     Triphala powder one teaspoon sith warm water

 

 

Vegetable choices for 10 days detox diet plan

Pumpkin, Squashes, Zucchini, Marrow, Courrugete, Carrot, Beetroot, fresh coriander, mint leaves, Spinach. Indian vegetables such as bottle gourd, soft gourd (Turai, Galka, Tendli).

Spice up your foods with – Garlic, Ginger, Black pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Corriander.

 

Note :

  1. During the detox diet plan, eat the specific diet 4-6 times a day if you feel hungry.
  2. Drink detox water 4-5 glasses daily.
