4 Worst foods that aggravate Fibromyalgia

  1. Gluten foods

Gluten-containing foods such as Wheat, refined flour, Rye, Barley, Kamut increase inflammation and blockages in muscle tissues, this speeds up degeneration and pain. Other gluten-containing foods are bread, pasta, crackers, and wraps.  Avoid them completely.

  1. Diary products

Red meat such as beef, pork, liver, and organ meat, etc. A high intake of caffeine can cause interrupted sleep.   Less sleep causes fatigue and headache in Fibromyalgia people.  So avoid coffee team colas and chocolate as much as possible.
