  1. Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek seeds break down mucus and eject it from the body. Take a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds also known as methi dana, simmer it in water for about 5 to 10 mins and then drink the liquid. Hava this liquid at least twice a day.

Consume more cooked vegetables such as pumpkin (kaddu ), squashes, mange-tout, asparagus, fennel swedes, sweet corn, onions, marrow, Ivy Gourd (Tendli ), snake gourd (Padwal), smooth gourd (Galka),  carrots, parsnips, spinach (Palak), fenugreek leaves (Methi), French beans (Phansi), bottle gourds (Dudhi), ridge gourds (Turai), beetroot, celery, chicory, and leeks. Hot black tea or ginger tea considerably helps to dissolve the sticky mucus and eject them out.

 

  1. Don’t Smoke or Use Tobacco Products

You’ve heard it a thousand times earlier; Smoking is harmful, chewing tobacco, and parallel products are not right for your lungs, or your health altogether.
