Calcium spread recipe for bone strength and reduce cholesterol
100 gms Almond or sesame seeds or walnut
30 gms flax seed
1 tsp. Chat masala
¼ tsp Chilly powder (optional)
1 tsp. Pomegranate seeds powder
Salt as per taste
Soak all the seeds and make a spread. Keep it refrigerated.
Use two tablespoons of this spread daily with your breakfast.
Figs and Apricot sauce provide 800 mg of calcium
100 gms of figs and Apricot
Jaggery enough to sweeten
Cardamom 1 pinch
Grind figs and Apricot. Add jaggery and cardamom and use it as a spread or dessert or make it in liquid form like a dessert sauce. It will give 800 mg. Of daily calcium.
