  • Mix the remaining half kokum water and jaggery in a small non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for about 3 minutes while stirring occasionally. Let it cool.
  • Add the coarse kokum mixture and combine well. 
  • Strain it using a filter. Finally, add 1/2 tbsp of cumin powder. 
  • Add 2 tbsp of this syrup into a glass and 4 cups of chilled water when serving.
