Grind the figs, apricot, and almonds. Add jaggery, cardamom, and nutmeg and mix well. Please keep it in an airtight glass jar. Use it as a spread or dessert or make it in liquid form like a dessert sauce. It will provide 800 -1000 mg of daily calcium requirements.
