Below are some natural DIY techniques for every stage of your life to keep you fit, vibrant, and youthful forever.

To relieve irregular menstruation, bloating, weight gain, PCOS, following Home Remedy can be used-

Liquorice (yashtimadhu) powder- 1 tspn       

Cumin (jeera) powder- 1 tspn

Dill seed (ajwain) powder- ¼ tspn        

Asafoetida (hing)- 1 pinch

Black salt - ½ tspn

Fennel (sauf) powder- 1 tspn    

Saraca india (ashok) - ½ tspn

Mix all well in half a glass of water and drink three times a day.

Take Fine powder of :

  • Coriander seeds - ½ tspn
  • Sandal wood- 1 tsp
  • Vacha (Calamus root)- ½ tspn.
  • Nutmeg- ¼ tsp
  • Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth) - 2 tbsp
  • Sandal wood oil- 3 drops.
  • Turmeric- ½ tspn
  • Water to make a paste

Apply the pack once in two days. Let it dry and wash it off with plain water.

Soup recipe to relieve post-delivery back pain and muscle pain, increase lactation, shrink the uterus back to normal-

5 tablespoonful of Gum acacia (gundar or gond),

1 teaspoonful of ghee,

½ teaspoonful of ginger powder (sont),

1 teaspoonful of fenugreek seed powder (methi),

½ teaspoonful of dill seed powder (soyo)

½ teaspoonful of ajwain (owa),

1tablespoon or ½ tablespoon raw cane sugar or jaggery (gud).

Roast gum acacia in ghee. Add all the spices to the roasted Gum accacia.   Add ½-1 cup of water and jaggery. Let it boil well to bring it a soupy consistency. Drink this soup warm, 2-3 times a day, for the next three months, and you will see the difference.

Difficulty in reducing weight after age 50 ?

Make barley water recipe.

Cook 1 tablespoon barley and 3 kokum with 2 glasses of water. Filter and divide the barley mixture in to 2 parts.  Add below ingredients in one part and drink in the morning.

1 tsp  cumin powder

¼ tsp  Ajwain powder 

1 tsp  Fennel powder

¼ pinch asafoetida ( hing)

1 tsp. Gokshur powder

Again, add all ingredients in the remaining part of barley water, mix well and drink.  Continue this remedy for the rest of your life to control your weight.

To remove dark pigmentation:

Massage your face with ghee for 5 minutes, then apply this pack :

Multani Mitti - 1cup

Turmeric powder   (Haldi) - ¼ tspn.

Red Sandalwood Powder - 2 tpsn.

Saffron - 10threads (crushed)

Honey- ¼ tspn.

To prevent dark pigmentation, start applying this packs daily after the age of 45 itself.
