Massage your with oil at least 2 to 3 times a week with the following mixture:

  • 100 ml coconut oil
  • 5 ml almond oil
  • 10 ml castor oil


Massage your head regularly with oil stimulates blood circulation, calms down excess Vata and Pitta locally nourishes hair roots.  It also helps to keep your mind stable and cool. 


  • Coconut oil for cooking 

Using virgin Coconut oil for cooking might also help manage cholesterol levels by maintaining a balance between good (HDL) and bad (LDL) cholesterol levels.


  • Coconut Oil Pulling
