Bruhati Marma

It is used for back pain, frozen shoulder, difficulty moving the arm, painful shoulder, and back of the shoulder. 

Location: 

Three inches above the inner, lower triangular corner of the shoulder blade, touching the shoulder blade inside towards the center back. The point is not in the shoulder blade but outside the shoulder blade.

How to do this Marma? 

Step 1: Apply the mixture of dry ginger and ajwain powder on the painful shoulder and back area and rub it thoroughly for 2 minutes. Then apply a hot water bag for 10 minutes, followed by Bruhati Marma point. 

Step 2: Do a hot fomentation for five minutes. 

Step 3: Locate the point three inches above the lower triangular corner of the shoulder blade. When you press the point, you will feel the nodule. If you do not feel the nodule, find the nodule by moving the finger around that point. 

Step 4: When you find the nodule, press it very deeply and vibrate with a circular movement. Release the pressure in 30 seconds. 

Step 5: Repeat the process six times. 

Step 6: Apply Painmukti Cream. There will be instant relief in arm and shoulder stiffness.
