  1. Alum powder

  • Create a fine paste by combining a small amount of alum powder with very little water.
  • Pat the mixture onto a canker sore.
  • Leave on for at least 2 minutes.

So, whenever you have mouth ulcers, just take a small piece of cotton and apply honey on the mouth ulcers with the help of the cotton. Believe it or not, ghee can diminish swelling thereby making it a much sought-after treatment for mouth ulcers. Just take a tiny bit of unadulterated and pure ghee on your fingertip and apply it directly to the ulcers. Leave it for some time and then rinse your mouth with plain water. Do this routine at least twice a day.


  1. Chamomile Compress

Chamomile is used as a natural therapy to heal injuries and relieve pain. Chamomile contains 2 combinations with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic powers: azulene and levomenol. A chamomile tea bag can be used as a compress to relieve canker sores.


To use, apply a soaked chamomile tea bag to your ulcers, and leave it on for some minutes. You can also wash your mouth with freshly brewed chamomile tea. Repeat the remedy 3 to 4 times daily.


1.ConsumeTriphala 1 tspn at night.


  1. Take 20 black raisins soak and squeeze the juice. 
  • 1 tspn. Fennel seed powder
  • ½ tspn. Yashtimadhu powder
  • 1 tspn. Amla powder
  • 1 pinch Cardamom powder. Mix them all and drink the mixture for a few days.


  1. Apply Katha, salt, and honey.


  1. Avoid sour and pungent food.


  1. Rub salt on the ulcer and immediately gargle and apply honey twice a day.
