3 proven kitchen remedies to prevent flare-ups in Psoriasis

If followed daily, Kitchen remedies can prevent further flare-ups in Psoriasis and relieve symptoms such as skin flakes, dryness, redness, itching, and irritations. Along with these remedies, you should follow the diet plan also.

 

 

  •  For calming heat  and skin flair-ups    

 

  

     Coriander seed powder ½ tsp

     Fennel seed powder 1 tsp

     Cumin powder ½ tsp

     Turmeric powder ½ tsp

  

Mix in half glass of warm water and drink 2-3 times a day. 

 

 

  •  For Calming Hyperactive immune functions, allergies, itching 

 

 

One Teaspoon Turmeric

½ Teaspoon Ghee 

¼ teaspoon black pepper powder 

 

Mix and take 3-4 times a day

 

 

  •  Apply locally to reduce the dryness and itching

 

 

Aloe Vera gel 1 tablespoon 

Ghee ½ teaspoon

Mix well and apply on the affected areas 3-4 times a day
