Consume more cooked vegetables such as pumpkin (kaddu ), squashes, mange-tout, asparagus, fennel swedes, sweet corn, onions, marrow, Ivy Gourd (Tendli ), snake gourd (Padwal), smooth gourd (Galka), carrots, parsnips, spinach (Palak), fenugreek leaves (Methi), French beans (Phansi), bottle gourds (Dudhi), ridge gourds (Turai), beetroot, celery, chicory, and leeks. Hot black tea or ginger tea considerably helps to dissolve the sticky mucus and eject them out.
- Don’t Smoke or Use Tobacco Products
You’ve heard it a thousand times earlier; Smoking is harmful, chewing tobacco, and parallel products are not right for your lungs, or your health altogether. There’s a logic behind why every health expert and association says this over again and again: Every time you take a puff of a cigarette, you inhale numerous chemicals into your lungs, which also include tar, nicotine, and carbon monoxide. These poisons harm your lungs. They grow mucus, make it more challenging for your lungs to cleanse themselves, and trouble and inflamed tissues.
