If you see someone having a Heat Stroke, immediately take them to the nearest emergency room. Meanwhile, Remove spare clothes from the person, Keep them indoors in an Air-Conditioned room. Put any cold thing you find nearby such as Coldwater, Ice Bag, or any cooling thing, directly on their head.

Few Precautions to avoid Heat Stroke-
Avoid roaming in the heat unless it's essential.
Cover your head with a Cap or Scarf to avoid the Sun Rays directly falling on your head.
Drink as much water as possible to avoid Dehydration.
Wearing Breathable but excess clothes will allow your skin to breathe and don't evaporate all the moisture from your body.
Avoid Dark Coloured Clothes.
Take extra care of yourself if you feel you are at high risk.
