Hydration-
Hydration is key when it comes to soothing your skin from the inside. It is important to take care of your skin more from the inside than outside.

Aloe Vera-
Nothing treats Sunburn better than aloe vera. Many skincare products claim they use aloe vera in their products because of the skincare benefit it provides.

Honey-

D.I.Y at Home
a. For dark patches-
Chana dal coarsely powdered- 1 cup
Masoor dal coarsely powdered - ½ cup
Turmeric powder- 2 tsp
Sandalwood powder- 1/4th cup
Coriander seed powder- 1/4th cup
Red sandalwood powder- 1/4th cup
Cream of milk- 2 tsp
Milk enough to make a paste.
Mix into a paste and massage gently on the area affected. Leave for five minutes or until dry
and then wash it off with warm water.
b. For reducing Pitta, and calming skin problems
Raisins soaked overnight- 20
Cumin seed powder- ½ tsp
Coriander seed powder- ½ tsp
Fennel seed powder- 1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Squeeze the juice out of the soaked raisins, or simply add the other ingredients
blend.Drink it twice a day.
c. SCRUB-
Body rashes due to pitta-
Apply Kokum oil(garcinia) or fresh kokum water or ghee on the rashes.
