4 Powerful Remedies to Improve the Flexibility of Joints

Frozen shoulder is a condition in which your joints of the shoulder become inflamed and stiff.   1. Ginger Tea with Castor Oil

Daily take one teaspoon of castor oil with warm water or ginger tea at night.  Castor oil is proven to improve flexibility and remove toxins daily.

  1. Drink this for relieving pain, swelling, stiffness from any joints 
  • Fenugreek powder (Methi)   1teaspoon 
  •  Dry ginger powder (Sonth)   ½ teaspoon
  • Ajwain powder                        ¼ teaspoon
  • Asafoetida (Hing)                    1 pinch
  • Coriander powder (Dhaniya)  1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder (Haldi)         1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste (Lasoon)               ½ teaspoon

Mix all with half a glass of water and drink two times a day.

  1. Easy home therapy to relieve pain and inflammation 
  • One cup of Ajwain Powder 
  • One cup of Dry Ginger Powder

Mix all well and tie it in a thick cloth to make two balls of equal size, as shown in the image.  Heat this ball on a dry skillet. Apply this warm ball to the painful areas.  Repeat the process for 20 minutes. (Keep the balls bearable hot all the time.)

  • Acacia gum (Gond)                            1 tablespoon 
  • Fenugreek powder  (Methi)               1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seed powder  (Dhaniya)   1 teaspoon.
  • Ghee                                                       ¼ teaspoon
  • Water                                                       1 cup

Roast gum acacia in the ghee. Add all other ingredients. Bring it to a boil, simmer it to become a soupy consistency. Sip this mixture 2-3 times a day.
