However, if there is insufficient carbohydrate in the diet, the liver transforms fat into fatty acids and ketone bodies. Things to be followed strictly:
- Do not eat saturated and trans fats like butter processed foods like packaged cakes, cookies, or frozen pizza.
- Strictly reduce the consumption of sugary, oily, fatty, and indigestible foods like alcohol, fish products, spicy or salty food, and old food.
- Restrict caffeine like coffee, tea, and drinks with caffeine.
- Avoid anxiety and mental and emotional stress.
- Say no to food additives like soda, candies, canned foods, jams, and jellies.
- Avoid bread and pasta.
