What are 3 Ancient Ways to Melt Ugly fat with 0 Extra Exercise

What are 3 Ancient Ways to Melt Ugly fat with 0 Extra Exercise

(starts working in 3 Days…)

2 years ago I was helping someone in Denver who was suffering from blood pressure as high as 200/140. Hypothyroid and could not lose weight no matter what.

He could not sleep well at night, felt heavy, tired and low energy.

Weighing 220 pounds at fifty years, feeling like 330 pounds and 15 years older.

Very good at heart. And such a gentle soul.

When we met, he said blood pressure can be managed by modern medicines.

Thyroid also he didn't want much help. But said that for some reason i cannot lose weight, water retention and fat.

He said he wants to loose 20 pounds.

How to lose weight and not gain it back?

This is the key. Following a strict diet and exercise many people lose weight weight. The challenge is keeping it off. And the question is-

Are you losing muscles, healthy tissues OR fat, water and toxins?

How to Melt Ugly Fat, Flush out Water and Burn Away Toxins from Your Body?

The man followed the 3 parted secret.

Believe it or not. In 1 week he lost 6-7 pounds. In a total of 1 month he lost over 18 pounds.

His BP started to normalise and had to reduce the dose of modern medicines too.

He said he had:

  • More energy
  • Better skin
  • Lighter in the body
  • Felt years younger
  • Sharper mind

The secret he used had 3 parts:

1- Your Diet-

AVOID

  1. Gluten
  2. Dairy- except ghee and an ancient method of making buttermilk (avoid traditional buttermilk for sure)
  3. Sugar
  4. Refined oils
  5. Processed, coloured, flavoured, preserved food
  6. Sour fermented food
  7. Excessive use of salt
  8. Potato
  9. Tomato
  10. Pickles
  11. Banana

HAVE more of:

  1. Mung
  2. Vegetables
  3. Protein rich food
  4. Fruits

2- Your LIFESTYLE and BREATHING:

AVOID these

  1. Living without sunlight- being only indoors in the dark
  2. Sitting all day
  3. Not sleeping at night
  4. Sleeping during the day
  5. Breathing shallow, quick and short
  6. Snacking in between meals.

DO these

  1. Slow deep breathing
  2. Sitting straight with an aligned spine
  3. Bhastrika pranayam once a day (when body feels heavy, mind feels unclear and slow and lack of motivation)
  4. Getting sun 15-20 minutes in the morning
  5. Having 5-7 minutes of movement every 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Sleeping 7-9 hours
  7. Eating a major of 2 meals a day- lunch and dinner.

3- HOME REMEDIES and HERBS-

  1. Cumin coriander, fennel and dried ginger each 1 tsp. Boil in 200 ml water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink 3-4 times a day.
  2. HEALTHIME DETOX- a set of herbs which flush out water by strengthening your kidneys. And transforming toxins to a state that they can no longer stay in your body.

This is based on a 5000 year old process. And has worked to help hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world in the last 39 years.

The most dramatic example was of Sundar Ji Bhai from London. He was over 500 pounds when he came and at the end of the process lost over 200 pounds of toxins, water and fat.

What are Your burning questions? Ask them in the link below and in the future articles these can be included.
