  1. Slow deep breathing

  4. Getting sun 15-20 minutes in the morning
  5. Having 5-7 minutes of movement every 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Sleeping 7-9 hours
  7. Eating a major of 2 meals a day- lunch and dinner.

3- HOME REMEDIES and HERBS-

  1. Cumin coriander, fennel and dried ginger each 1 tsp. Boil in 200 ml water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink 3-4 times a day.
