Relieve Sciatica Pain with Ayurveda
Sciatica describes the symptoms of leg pain—and possibly numbness, weakness or tingling,—that originates in the lower back and then travels all through the buttock and down the large sciatic nerve in the back of each leg. It comes on like a sudden cramp and the pain can last sometimes for an entire day. It’s usually caused when a herniated disk or bone spur in the spine presses on the nerve.
