These Foods Are to Be Avoided Completely to Get Relief in Fibromyalgia:
- Gluten foods
Gluten-containing foods such as Wheat, refined flour, Rye, Barley, Kamut increase inflammation and blockages in muscle tissues, this speeds up degeneration and pain. Other gluten-containing foods are bread, pasta, crackers, and wraps. Avoid them completely.
- Diary products
Dairy products again cause inflammation and are heavy to digest. Stop all dairy products from getting relief in Fibromyalgia symptoms: Milk, cheese, sweets, yogurt, etc. Lactose and fructose-containing foods are also to be avoided.
- Sour, spicy, and fermented foods
These foods cause inflammation and lower immunity. It also blocks the absorption of nutrients, so muscles continue to become weak, and you get pain. Avoid foods such as lemon, vinegar, yogurt, yeast, chili, nightshade vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, bell peppers. Deep-fried food is also to be avoided.
- Red meat Red meat is known for its bad quality of blocking the channels with its high-fat contents. Better avoid them to reduce Fibromyalgia symptoms. Red meat such as beef, pork, liver, and organ meat, etc. A high intake of caffeine can cause interrupted sleep. Less sleep causes fatigue and headache in Fibromyalgia people. So avoid coffee team colas and chocolate as much as possible.
