  4. Boil two tablespoons of ajwain seeds in two cups of water until the quantity reduces to one cup. Drink this mixture twice a day, morning and evening.
  5. Boil a small piece of ginger in a cup of water for 5-10 minutes. Strain the liquid and add honey to taste. Drink this tea twice a day.
  6. Add half a cup of Epsom salt to a bucket of warm water and soak your feet in it for 15-20 minutes. This will help reduce swelling and relieve pain.
  7. Massage your feet with warm coconut or sesame oil to improve circulation and reduce swelling.
