Coriander seed powder ½ tsp
Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp

One Teaspoon Turmeric
½ Teaspoon Ghee
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
Mix and take 3-4 times a day

Aloe Vera gel 1 tablespoon
Ghee ½ teaspoon
Mix well and apply on the affected areas 3-4 times a day
