3 proven kitchen remedies to prevent flare-ups in Psoriasis

Coriander seed powder ½ tsp
Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp

One Teaspoon Turmeric
½ Teaspoon Ghee

Mix well and apply on the affected areas 3-4 times a day
