Ayushakti’s Treatment Fundamentals
Ayushakti believes in focusing on health and eliminate any disease from its root cause naturally without hampering your whole body. Metabolic Syndrome is primarily caused by overnutrition and defective metabolism tissue. Unhealthy dietary habits and abnormal functions of different sets of Agni (metabolic fire) give rise to formation of Ama (reactive antigenic factor).
- Balance Doshas (Correct aggravated Doshas)
- Agni Balancing (Rectify Metabolic fire)
- Aam Elimination (Remove block)
- Meda Reduction (Reduce fat)
- Detox (Remove toxin from the channels)
Dr Smita Naram and team have spent decades researching, with the goal of developing new treatments and eventually finding better cure. We have special therapies and Marma points which help to remove blockages and improve circulation and metabolism.
Detox (Panchakarma) Therapy
Detoxification Panchakarma includes five types of different detoxification treatments at deeper levels to eradicate the root cause of any poor health situation.
Panchakarma regulates the metabolism and removes excess doshas and toxins which are the main reasons of metabolic blockages and insulin resistance. It not only stimulates the pancreas to function but also reduces insulin resistance thus reducing blood sugar naturally.
Samshodhana and Samshamana therapy are important Ayurvedic therapeutic measures for treating various diseases.
Samshodhana is an eliminative therapy that addresses the underlying cause of the disease. Samshamana, on the other hand, is a Palliative therapy that includes procedures such as Mridu Virechan (light purgation), Shodhana Vasti (medicated enema), and Ruksha Udvartana (gentle rubbing of the skin with dry substances) that are commonly used in Metabolic Syndrome. Vamana (induced vomiting) therapy must be used with caution and under the supervision of a panchkarma (detox) physician.
The guidelines provided below may help prevent and treat Metabolic Syndrome. These Ayurvedic treatments are highly effective and risk-free.
Ayushakti’s detoxification Panchakarma treatments are highly focused on relieving the root cause of any chronic problem by cleansing, repairing and rejuvenating the deeper tissues and cells in your body. Click here to check out our Panchkarma Detoxification Plan

A healthy lifestyle must be adopted to treat metabolic syndrome. The patient should exercise regularly and eat only easily digestible light foods. The body can sometimes be weak, and these anomalies are its cry for help. Ayurveda does not support a quick fix but rather a path to a productive, long, healthy lifestyle because these symptoms may reappear if the patient continues old unhealthy habits.
