There should be a regular intake of food at the set time which keeps the body functioning at optimum level and one should consider having food directly from nature, which helps the body function at its optimum level. One should wear clean clothes on a daily basis. It is very beneficial to wear clothes of cotton, silk, wool which are all-natural fibres.
