- 2 capsules of Cardamom (Ealaichi)
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper powder
Instructions:
Boil all the above in 200 ml of water for 5 minutes and then drink it in a lukewarm.
Ginger Water for boosting your immunity
Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory and has antiviral properties. It can help alleviate symptoms such as fever, cough, and sore throat.
- ½ inch of fresh ginger
- Crush all together and boil it in 300 ml water. Drink this tea 2-3 times a day.
- Drink lukewarm warm water with dry ginger powder, throughout the day.
Herbal Concoction for Relief from Flu
- 1/4 tsp of Ginger powder
- 1 tsp of Cumin seed powder
- 1 tsp of Coriander seed powder
- 20 Rose petals
- 10 Black raisin
- Soak all this ingredients in 1/2 glass of warm water and drink after every 2 hours.
Tulsi
Tulsi is an herb widely used in Ayurveda for its immune-boosting properties. It has antiviral and antibacterial properties that can help fight off infections, including H3N2. Chew 8-10 basil (tulsi) leaves daily in the morning on empty stomach.
Steam inhalation with carom seeds for 2-3 minutes daily.
Try this Easy home remedy for cold and flu
- Take 1 tsp fresh ginger juice
