Healthy & strong gums are like pillars for cheerful & robust teeth & such a radiant smile can immediately win hearts. The health of your teeth is directly proportional to the soundness of your gums. If your gums bleed when you brush your teeth, you are likely suffering from a little mild case of gingivitis. Gum bleeding is actually not a big issue as it is very common and many people suffer from it.
You have to give as much significance to your gums, as much as you provide to your radiant pearly white teeth. Gum disorder begins with plaque, a gummy film of food particles, saliva, and germs. If not released, plaque will fix at the gum line. The germs will create toxins that will make the gums red, delicate, and probably bleed when brushing your teeth. The preliminary cause of gingivitis is the germs that cover your teeth, and if oral hygiene is inferior, it forms a sticky white substance termed plaque.
